What does it cost?+
Collaborators are free, whether you are ten people or five hundred. AI is pay as you go. Connect your own keys and you pay us nothing for the AI.
Can we use the AI plan we already pay for?+
Yes. Paste an Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI key and every chat and agent runs on it. A key you connect stays yours: only you and your agents can spend it unless you share it with the workspace.
What stops an agent from making things up?+
Agents are code. The AI writes the script once, you read and approve it, and every run after that repeats the same steps. The model is only called where a step needs judgement.
Do we need a developer?+
No. If you can explain the job to a new hire, you can explain it to the chat. It writes the code, and you never have to open it.
Who can see what?+
You decide per item. A doc, a table, an agent or a whole project can stay private, go to named people, or go to the whole workspace.
What if the tool we need is not listed?+
There is no list. If the service has an API, name it in the chat and the agent calls it through a stored credential.
